Resilience

"Sometimes I'm happy. Sometimes I'm sad.
Sometimes I'm angry, sometimes I'm mad.
I have to remember, every day,
To deal with feelings in a positive way."

Our focus is to be really resilient and ignore distractions.

We played bench ball, which really tested our resilience because we sometimes dropped the ball. The no goose guarding team made it fairer.
There were some questionable moments where people felt others weren't fair, and our competitive natures came out.
We talked about the emotions we felt while playing the game!
